OPEN MILONGA WEEKEND

This Saturday, the first open milonga of the 8th City Dance Championship will take place at 7PM in the beautiful Barrancas de Belgrano gazebo (11 de Septiembre y Echeverría). Entrance will be free. The same event will take place at Plaza Dorrego de San Telmo (Humberto 1º y Defensa) on Sunday at 7:30PM. If it rains, these events will take place next weekend at the same time and place. Registration to participate in “Salong Tango” (Adults and Senior), “Tango Milonga” and “Waltz”, can be made minutes before the event only being necessary to show an ID.

Besides, other qualifiyng rounds will take place this weekend. This Saturday at midnight, there will be a competition at Bohemios Club (Necochea 948, La Boca), the tickets costs 15 pesos. On Sunday at 11:30PM another meeting will take place at Club Garciel (La Rioja 1180, San Cristobal), the tickets costs 8 pesos. All dancers wish to get to the semifinals on Wednesday 19th and Saturday 20th. The ones competing for the championship title will be selected at this place, Saturday 22nd at San Jose school located in barrio Balvanera.
