Qualifying RoundsPrizes
- 1. The winning couple of the Salon Tango category will be granted a prize of TEN THOUSAND ARGENTINE PESOS ($10,000), and will be qualified to participate in the 7th DANCE WORLD CUP, to be held in August 2009.
- 2. The winning couple of the Milonga category will be granted a prize of SIX THOUSAND ARGENTINE PESOS ($6,000).
- 3. The winning couple of the Waltz category will be granted a prize of SIX THOUSAND ARGENTINE PESOS ($6,000).
- 4. Couples who take places two to four in the category Salon Tango (Adult and Senior) will be representing the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires in the 7th DANCE WORLD CUP Semi-finals.
- 5. Couples who take places two to ten in the categories Milonga and Waltz will also receive mentions.
- 6. All contestants who go on into Semi-final stages will receive a certificate of attendance to the 7th City Dance Championship.
